PETE'S GRILLED CHEESE
American Cheese, Swiss cheese, ranchero salsa, bacon, fried jalapeƱos, and our famous chicken fingers on grilled onion ciabatta bread. Served with fries.  8.95

PETE'S PICKLE BURGER
Our famous $100 Burger topped with fried pickles, cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, and ranchero salsa served with fries.  8.95

ST. THOMAS STEAK WRAP
Sliced rib-eye steak rolled up inside a spinach herb tortilla wrap with cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, bacon and a mango aioli sauce. Served with fries.  9.95

KEY WEST CHICKEN SALAD
Pete's Buddy Capt. Tony (RIP) gave him this recipe, it starts with a Key Lime-Coconut battered chicken breast chopped and tossed with lettuce, onions, tomatoes walnuts and mandarin oranges in our Mango-Key Lime dressing.  8.95

DE COLORES TURBULENCE SALAD
Tri-color pasta, diced ham, diced salami, red onions, black and green olives, blue cheese, pepperoncinis, chicken, tomatoes,  bacon bits and Asiago cheese tossed with Italian Vinaigrette dressing.  8.95

PETE'S CHICKEN AVOCADO SANDWICH
Grilled chicken breast, avocado, bacon, guacamole, pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and ranchero salsa served on a pretzel bun with fries.  9.95

FISH FRY TACOS
Fried cod, lettuce, pico de gallo, and colby-cheddar inside a flour tortilla. Served with fries and a side of firecracker sauce.  9.95

GRILLED TILAPIA PLATTER
A grilled tilapia filet topped with your choice of cajun seasoning, lemon butter, mango relish, or jerk sauce. Served with a wild greens salad and fresh seasonal fruit.  11.95

PETE'S FIRECRACKER LOBSTER SANDWICH
A lobster tail dipped in our secret batter then deep fried, topped with our firecracker sauce, lettuce, and tomato. Served on a hamburger bun with fries.  13.95

PETE'S PIE (LUNCH PORTION)
Pete's version of a Shepard's Pie with a twist! It starts with our famous pot roast and gravy,garlic-horseradish mashed potatoes,seasoned corn then topped with colby cheese then baked to perfection.  8.95

POT ROAST STROGANOFF (Lunch Portion)
Black Angus shredded beef slow roasted then mixed with mushrooms, shallots, garlic and a red wine brown gravy sauce.  Served over fettuccine and topped with sour cream.  7.95

BBQ POT ROAST CALZONE
Slow roasted Black angus round of beef, BBQ sauce and Colby jack cheese stuffed inside Pete's homemade calzone.  Served with fries and BBQ sauce for dipping.  9.95

MANGO CHICKEN
A juicy chicken breast grilled to perfection topped with a pineapple mango relish. Served with rice and vegetables.  12.95

CHICKEN PARMESAN
Fried chicken breast, served over fettuccine and topped with marinara and melted Mozzarella cheese.  12.95

PETE'S CAJUN LIME BAKED CHICKEN
Half chicken sauteed with olive oil, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, garlic, white wine, and cajun seasoning, then baked to perfection. Served with mashed potatoes.  10.95

CARIBBEAN SKIRT STEAK
Tender slices of skirt steak braised in our famous Caribbean guava BBQ sauce.  Served with garlic horseradish mashed potatoes and veggies.  14.95

COCONUT SHRIMP & RIBS
A half slab of ribs basted with Pete's Caribbean BBQ sauce and six of Pete's soon to be famous Coconut Shrimp deep fried until golden brown and served with Pete's secret dipping sauce.  Served with choice of potato and chef's vegetables.  18.95

PETE'S SHRIMP RATATOUILLE
Tiger shrimp sauteed with olive oil, red onion, green pepper, tomato, zucchini, olives, garlic, thyme, and almonds. Served with a side of quinoa.  15.95
